Yegna Ride provides a platform to connect riders with drivers. We do not own any vehicles or employ drivers. The contractual relationship for the transportation service is directly between the rider and the driver.

The payment for Yegna Ride services is processed through the app. By using the service, you agree to pay the specified fare for the ride, which may include base fare, distance traveled, and any additional fees. All payments are non-refundable.
Users may cancel a ride before the driver arrives, but a cancellation fee may apply. Drivers may also cancel a ride under certain circumstances. The cancellation policy details and fees are outlined in the app.

Yegna Ride is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
